ASSIX Complete The Refurbishment of 9 Northumberland Road

 

ASSIX have recently achieved completion for the refurbishment works at 9 Northumberland Road for the University of Sheffield.


The project modernized and improved the internal specification and aesthetics of the detached Victorian villa through the refurbishment of 9 Northumberland Road and the connected Garage.

The key works items completed were:

  • Internal demolition and strip out

  • Carpentry works to repair roofs, floors & partition wall timbers as identified during the works

  • Drylining and plastering works to walls & ceilings

  • Fire protection works to steelworks

  • Various structural repairs such as helibar and RSJ install

  • Screeding & DPM

  • Window Repairs

  • Mechanical & Electrical Works to upgrade to current standards for office accommodation

  • New kitchenettes

  • New WCā€™s & IPS

  • Decoration Works Throughout

  • Soft Flooring Works Throughout

  • New Fire Door Installations

  • Second fix joinery works with decorative skirtings, architraves etc

  • Window Blinds & Window Film

  • Ceramic Tiling.
