ASSIX Handover Works at Bartolome House
ASSIX have recently completed Rooflight Replacement works at Bartolome House for the University of Sheffield.
The project was completed in September 2021 and incorporated several significant elements of additional works as ASSIX continue our track record of delivering successful projects for the University.
Replacement of large bespoke rooflights including access & weather tents.
Mechanical & Electrical Services Installations including BMS.
Extensive masonry repointing works to listed boundary wall & stone repairs to the listed building.
Temporary shoring works to retaining wall including traffic management & protection.

Assix were appointed as Principal Contractor on this two-phased listed building refurbishment project.
