ASSIX Commence Listed Wall Reconstruction Project
ASSIX are pleased to have commenced works at Bartolome House to reconstruct a listed masonry retaining wall.
Following a successful tender works will continue on the site until spring 2022 and include the following key works items:
Scaffold shoring, traffic management and access.
Careful deconstruction of the listed wall including recording all brickwork for reconstruction as existing.
Excavation, groundwork & new RC retaining wall construction.
Management of works around below ground services.
Reconstruction of masonry retaining wall in accordance with heritage requirements.
