ASSIX To Construct New Eco House in Sheffield

 

ASSIX have secured the contract to construct a new build eco-house in one of Sheffield’s leafy residential areas.

Eco House Development

A new-build project combining traditional construction methods with the latest technology to create a sustainable, high-end dwelling which will commence in November 2020.

The scope of works will involve:

  • Site clearance, levelling and temporary access routes.

  • Construction of foundations & below ground drainage.

  • Traditional masonry & sandstone wall construction.

  • Green Roof Construction & Zinc Cladding.

  • Aluminium windows & roof lights.

  • Mechanical & Electrical Services including ground source heat pump system.

  • Internal finishes including decorations, soft flooring and tiling.

  • Kitchen Installation.

Works are planned to commence in November 2020 and the project duration is 31 weeks.
