ASSIX Appointed to Ripley Police Station Locker Room Project

 

ASSIX are pleased to have secured our first project for Derbyshire Police for the construction of a new locker room facility at their Ripley Police Station.

The project will involve the replacement of existing temporary units with a new traditionally constructed locker block complete with shower and WC facilities.

The scope of works will involve:

  • Site clearance and removal of existing temporary units.

  • Construction of foundations & below ground drainage in a confined area.

  • Traditional masonry wall construction to single-story roof level.

  • Cladding & Insulated Roof Panel Installation.

  • Aluminium windows & doors including door access control & security.

  • Mechanical & Electrical Services including connection to the existing building.

  • Internal fit-out of blockwork walls, suspended ceilings and screeding.

  • Internal finishes including decorations, soft flooring and tiling.

  • FF&E including IPS, Cubicles & Benching.

Works are planned to commence in January 2021.
