ASSIX Handover Hadfield Roofing Project
ASSIX are pleased to have successfully completed the complex re-roofing project at the Sir Robert Hadfield CBE Building.
The project commenced in Feb 2021 and was completed in July 2021 and included the following works:
Scaffold Access & Hoisting.
Weather tents to 3 roof areas to protect during works.
Disconnections, relocations and removals of mechanical & electrical plant at roof level.
Provision of temporary mechanical services during the works.
Removal of existing roof coverings, substrates.
Installation of new single-ply, mineral felt & liquid-applied roof systems complete with insurance backed warranty.
Rainwater goods.
Replacement of external plant room doors including associated buildersworks.
Replacement of aluminium Kawneer windows.
Internal making good works to ceilings, walls & floors.
Assix we’re also awarded additional works to carry out the replacement of internal fire doors to corridors of the building.
