ASSIX Complete Resurfacing at Maxfield Avenue
ASSIX are pleased to have successfully handed over works at Maxfield Avenue for the University of Sheffield.
The project was completed in July 2021 and included the following works:
Deconstruct stone retaining wall, clean and prepare stone for re-use.
Provide temporary scaffold walkway access.
Excavate and cast new foundations for the retaining wall.
Construct new blockwork retaining wall.
Re-construct stone facing wall including cleaning existing stonework.
Lay new permeable resin-bound surfacing to the avenue.
